March 2007.

Caim have exciting news after their visit to Right Real Records Studios in Yorkshire. We have signed to the Right Real Records label and look forward to recording two singles in May this year for release to Christian radio stations across the US. We're really looking forward to this project with Chris and Ian of Right Real Records and to possible Right Real events and tours in the future.

You'll find Right Real Records at their My Space website - there's a link on the Caim pages of www.cluniemusic.com

Other great news for Caim is a distribution deal with Decani Music. Find our latest CD "God of the Elements" at www.decanimusic.co.uk

Tracks from all the Caim CDs and Heather Innes and Ciaran Dorris' CD "Waiting for the Calm" can now be purchased as MP3's at www.scotloads.co.uk as can tracks from my Fellside release "Coaineadh, Songs from the Heart". That was a surprise - I didn't know there were still any copies out there!

And of course all Clunie Music artist's CDs can also be purchased from the CD shop at www.cluniemusic.com

Caim's Jacynth Hamill has been busy having some of the music she and a couple of other writers arranged and/or wrote for Caim published in a "Celtic Hymn Book" Melody Edition. All the music for the hymnal was selected by Ray Simpson and Published by Kevin Mayhew publishers. www.kevinmayhew.com

Al's band "Freedom Place" had their debut gig a week ago at the Forest Hills Hotel, Auchtermuchty. It was in effect a practice gig at a farewell party for Ian's nephew who is leaving for a new life in Australia. (Ian is lead guitarist for Freedom Place). The band played for two to three hours, folk were up dancing and my Aussie hat complete with hanging corks went the rounds after said nephew participated in an Oz sobriety test. (don't ask!).

Freedom Place next gig is for a wedding in Edinburgh in June. Well done guys!

That's it for now - thanks for checking out our music.
